With these organic China Rose Radish microgreens (Raphanus sativus) seeds, you can grow spicy and colorful microgreens packed with flavor and nutrients in 7–10 days. The young shoots have a spicy, radish-like flavor with a subtle peppery note – ideal for those who enjoy a fresh, robust bite.
The pink stems and dark green leaves make these microgreens not only delicious, but also strikingly beautiful as a garnish on salads, sandwiches or hot dishes.
Growing tips
China Rose radish microgreens grow quickly and are easy to care for. Sow the seeds densely on a layer of potting soil or coco coir, moisten lightly, and cover the tray with a second tray or lid. Place some weight on top to encourage root growth.
After 3–5 days in the dark, the sprouts will begin to push upwards – that's the time to move the tray into the light. Water daily from below to prevent mold. Harvest after 7–10 days by cutting the shoots just above the roots.
